The aggregate remuneration paid to the key management personnel is $819,244.
No key officer or employee of the Company and its subsidiaries during the financial year was an immediate
family member of a director or the Managing Director whose remuneration exceeded S$50,000 during the year.
The Company does not have any long-term incentive scheme apart from the InnoTek Employees’ Share Option
Scheme 2014 which was approved and adopted at the 2014 AGM. Details of the share option plans are set out
in the Directors’ Statement.
